Cancellation Policy

1.     Orders made for Products or Services on pinglinkscellular.com may be cancelled before the order has been collected or dispatched for delivery. We make every effort to ship an order as soon as possible after receiving the order and/or payment. 

2.     If the order has been collected or shipped at the time of cancellation request, it will be treated as a refund. Please see our Refund Policy.

3.     Cancellations made after 14 business days are subject to approval by Pinglinks and a 15% Cancellation Fee would be payable.

4.     Customers are able to make adjustments to the quantity of their orders as long as the order has not been shipped or collected without incurring any additional charges. Please reach out to our contact  Customer Service Department via Call/ Whatsapp/ Email along with your name, contact and order number and request(s).

5.     Pinglinks Cellular reserves the right to cancel any request or order under the justification of , but not limited to:

·      Insufficient Inventory.

·      Payments Not being reflected after 3 Business Days.

·      Incomplete Customer Information.

Cancellation Process

1.     To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at 876-276-PING(7464) or email us at info@pinglinkscellular.com.

2.     Our customer support team will confirm if the product has been shipped or collected to ensure that it is eligible for cancellation. 

3.     Once the order is confirmed eligible for cancellation, we will cancel the order on our end after receiving the request, and return any payments in full to your original payment method unless otherwise stated by Pinglinks within 3-7 business days after the request.
