Return Policy

 
All products sold by Pinglinks have a 90-day return window for a complete reverse of the transaction without reason if the product is still in the state that it was delivered. After receipt of the products and during the ninety (90) day warranty period Pinglinks may inspect the products to confirm no shortfall and conformity of products to the warranties. Should Pinglinks find any shortfall or non-conformity in the delivered products as a result of such inspection, Pinglinks reserves the right to reject the reversal of the transaction.

All repairs performed by Pinglinks shall also fall under the 90-day policy in respect to both parts and labour. Repairs brought back within 90 days of delivery for fault will undergo an inspection to confirm there has been no negligence of use. Negligence of use relates to water/liquid damage and any evidence of falls/drops/general misuse of the device.

Products advertised as “lifetime warranty” will be excluded from the 90-day policy, and qualify for replacement regardless of condition or time period. If Pinglinks does not have in stock a replacement item for a lifetime warrantied product, we will refund the initial purchase price in full. Note that some lifetime products may attract an installation cost.
