Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 2026
This Privacy Policy outlines the policies and practices of the Pinglinks Cellular website (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our website https://pinglinkscellular.com (“the Site”) or interact with us through other channels. Protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information is of utmost importance to us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect:
1.1 Personal Information:
When you send us a message through the contact, repair, quotation or partner forms on our website, we collect the information you type into the form. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number, country, company name and store address, your message, and any photo or file you attach. We also collect the information you give us when you message us on WhatsApp or call us. We only collect personal information that is necessary to respond to you and provide the service you ask for.
This website does not collect payment card details. Bill payments are made on Fygaro’s secure payment page, and the information you enter there is handled under Fygaro’s own privacy terms.
1.2 Non-Personal Information:
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as the pages viewed and the links clicked (for example our WhatsApp, phone, Google review and Instagram links), so that we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your device and browser and your approximate location. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account and uses the Google Analytics Advertising Feature called remarketing: Google may add visitors to audiences that we can use to show our ads on other websites and apps. To do this, Google and other third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) together with third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) and other identifiers, and may show you our ads based on your past visits to this Site. You can turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center, opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s YourAdChoices page, and stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we tell Google not to set Google Analytics or advertising cookies and not to use your visit for advertising; Google may still receive basic information about the visit without cookies.
The Site’s font is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to download it. Our pages with a form (Contact Us, Repairs, Request a Quote and Partner With Us) use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the form is used by a person and not an automated program. When one of these pages opens, your browser contacts Cloudflare and shares information about your browser and device, such as your IP address (see Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum). Our hosting provider’s servers also record your IP address and browser type when you visit, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
1.3 Repair Tracking and Links to Other Sites:
Our Track Your Repair pages use CellStore, the system our stores use to manage repairs. The name and ticket number you type there are sent to CellStore to look up your repair. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram, WhatsApp and Fygaro open those services, which have their own privacy policies. The Instagram photos and store ratings shown on this Site are kept on our own server, so viewing them does not contact Instagram or Behold, the service we use to collect our Instagram posts.
2. Use of Information:
2.1 Personal Information:
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Reply to your enquiries and customer service requests.
- Prepare the quotations you request.
- Handle your repairs and partner applications.
- Send you marketing communications, newsletters, and updates about our products and services, only if you have provided your consent to receive such communications.
- Improve our website, products, and services based on your feedback and interactions.
2.2 Non-Personal Information:
We may use non-personal information to analyze trends, track user behavior, gather demographic information, and administer the website. This information helps us improve our website’s functionality and performance, enhance user experience, and optimize marketing campaigns.
3. Sharing of Information:
3.1 Third-Party Service Providers:
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in operating our website, including companies that host the website, deliver email, provide analytics, and process payments. These service providers will have access to your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their duties and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
3.2 Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your personal information if required by law, government authorities, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others.
3.3 Business Transfers:
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, personal information may be transferred or disclosed as part of the transaction. We will ensure that the recipient of the information agrees to handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4. Security:
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Your Choices:
5.1 Marketing Communications:
If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us directly.
5.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can modify your browser settings to block or delete cookies if you prefer. However, please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect your browsing experience and limit certain functionalities on our website.
6. Your Rights:
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing, in line with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020. To make a request, contact us at info@pinglinkscellular.com or 876-276-PING (7464).
7. Children’s Privacy:
Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the information.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
