Delivery Policy

Location / Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver Islandwide. Delivery is dependent on your location, the list of couriers are as follows:

●      Kingston (Only): Delivery is done through the use of a personal bearer under Pinglinks Cellular Limited*

●      Other Parishes: Pinglinks Cellular also facilitates the following courier services but is not limited to - Knutsford Express, Zipmail & Tara Courier Services.

●      If you wish to use your personal bearer for pick up, please notify our representatives.

Delivery Cost:
Delivery Costs are calculated based on your Delivery Address or Courier Rate and weight of your order. The total Delivery cost will be displayed at the end of check out.

Delivery Timeframe: 
Once your order has been confirmed delivery is estimated to be (#-#) days, unless stated otherwise via  External Courier Services. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Delays may occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding in the event this does occur.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. For any more information on this please contact our Customer Care line or send an email at pinglinks@gmail.com.

Missed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up the package. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up in such cases.

Customer Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the customer name, delivery address and contact information is clearly outlined. Any ambiguity may result in delays or cancellation.
